"Promises & Betrayals: Britain and the Struggle for the Holy Land"

GRC has produced a documentary on how British double-dealing during World War I ignited the conflict between Arabs and Jews in the Middle East . It is a story of intrigue among rival empires, misguided strategies and how conflicting promises to Arabs and Jews created a legacy of bloodshed. The documentary is being distributed in English worldwide by TVF, the UK 's premier documentary distribution agency. To date, rights have been purchased by broadcasters in: Australia , Spain , Italy , Ireland , Slovenia and Sweden . The Arabic version of the documentary has also been aired in the Arab world by Al Jazeera and Al Arabiya.

Iraq : The Land of Mesopotamia

GRC is currently producing a six episode documentary on Iraq that looks at the history of mankind from ancient Mesopotamia to modern Iraq . It delves into the development of civilization in the Arabian Peninsula , showcasing the dynamic growth and movement of peoples as well as the rich cultures that characterize this journey. Renowned Iraqi filmmaker Mohammed Shoukry Jameel is the Director of this documentary, which is currently being edited and will be available for distribution in September 2004.

Film on Saudi Arabia

In cooperation with NHK Enterprises America, Inc. the American subsidiary of NHK Japan Broadcasting Corporation, the largest and sole public broadcaster of Japan, GRC intends to produce a documentary on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The film will emphasize on the culture, tradition and the lifestyle of Saudis, apart from looking at its influence on the global political and economic scene.
